We decided to make the date format validation stricter[1]. Although
that's good, it could present some challenges for some people,
considering that the DateTime rule would be more flexible.
There are many cases in which PHP can parse a date but can't output it
the same way.

It's essential to test our abstract classes because users might use
them. However, creating mocks when writing those tests make the code too
complicated.

From PHPUnit 10, all data providers need to be static. This commit will
make migrating from version 9 to 10 a bit easier.

We can use the AlwaysValid and AlwaysInvalid rules in the tests instead
of mocking them. Those changes will help us later because we mainly use
the `createValidatableMock()` in the data providers and, as from
PHPUnit 10, all data providers need to be static.

With that, the tests will be more straightforward, and we won't need to
use the test class in the data providers. That will help us later
because, on PHPUnit 10, all data providers need to be static.

When we write tests requiring those interfaces, we create mocks. Those
new stubs will make those tests easier to read and allow us to reduce
the number of mocks we write with PHPUnit, making the code in the tests
a bit less complex.

We had a method that returned the full path of the fixture directory,
and we frequently would concatenate that path with a file we needed. I
changed it to include the file's path inside the fixture directory. That
way, we avoid repeating the same patter over and over.
I made the method static because we use it in data providers, which need
to be static.

After the refactoring on the Factory class [1], to throw exceptions of a
specific rule, it is necessary to add the exception namespace of that
rule. That change makes sense when someone wants to create rules from
the Validator class, but when using rules as classes, it's not as handy.
This commit will auto-resolve exception based on the rule namespace,
just as it used to be.

Some amazing features had to be ignored because it conflicts with out
coring standards. I hope to soon fix them so we can use PHPStan to its
fullest potential.

This commit will update the list of postal codes using the command
below:
curl -L http://download.geonames.org/export/dump/countryInfo.txt |
sed 's,\t,\;,g' |
sort --unique |
cut --delimiter ';' --field 1,15 |
sed --regexp-extended "/^#/d; /^[A-Z]{2}\;$/d; s,([A-Z]{2})\;(.+),'\1' => '/\2/'\,,g"
The changes that broke existing tests were reverted.

We have seen users that want to change the default behavior of parameter
stringifier:
* Change the depth level shown from an array.
* Change the number of elements shown from an array.
* Not add quotes to some parameters.
Because of that, this commit will allow users to customize the parameter
stringifier.
This commit will also update the documentation to instruct how to
customize it.

There should not be too much code in the ValidationException. It is hard
to test and debug code in exceptions because PHP does not trace further
than their constructor.
This commit will move the message formatting from ValidationException
into a Formatter class (inside a Message namespace).

According to the official documentation [1] the correct way of writing
the "inheritDoc" tag is with the uppercase "D".

- Only create objects that are instantiable.
- Validate if validator is a valid Zend Validator after its creation.
- Parse messages from Zend Validator on "assert()" and "check()."
- Upgrade supported version of Zend Validator: version 2.0 has some PHP
deprecations therefore there is no used to support it.

Due to the current status of the development of the library, it seems
like we will be supporting version 1.1 for a long time. Even when we
release version 2.0 we will still give support for version 1.1 for a
while.
This commit will make sure that version 1.1 is fully supported for PHP
7.2 and 7.3. Also, it will remove the support for HHVM since it will not
keep the compatibility with PHP anymore [1].
In order to make that happen, this commit will create a TestCase from
Validation so we can use the same API to create mocks in both PHPUnit
versions 4.0 and 5.0.
During the development of this commit, I noticed that PHPUnit 4.0 had
issues to mock "SplFileInfo" and for that reason, this commit will also
replace those mocks by "SplFileInfo" instances.

This commit will make sure that every class, interface, or trait will
have the "@author" annotation in it.
In order to create a list of authors, I used the "git blame" command,
which means that if someone changed or even created the file but does
not have any remaining line will not be shown in the list; it's a
trade-off worth but it is worth it. The other way to do it would be
carefully checking each file.

Some classes and one trait had some mismatch values for their "@author"
annotation and this commit will fix the mismatch putting the correct
authors.
I used the "git blame" command to find out which people changed the file
and created a list based on that information.

Require "phpstan/phpstan" for development and add to the Travis CI
configuration file to execute the analysis when Travis executes the
build with the version 7.2 of PHP.
The level of the configuration is very week for now (just "1") and still
quite some changes had to be made in order to make the analysis pass. I
hope it does not take much time to increase the level of the strictness
of the analyses.
I tried to configure that before but because of dependencies with
"symfony/validator" it was not possible.

Also removed the possibility of validating keys once it's possible to
reach the same behavior by combining this rule with "Call" rule.

Make the ValidationException a little bit less mutable than before. All
its dependencies are now passed into the constructor.
This commit also make the Factory pass the translator to the exceptions
allowing to define the translator before the exception gets created.
This change is not the ideal one, later I would like to not need the
Singleton from the Factory to do that, but for now it seems like a good
approach.
One more thing that this commit does is to introduce the "id" for
Exceptions. Key can be either the defined "name" or the name of the rule
that throwed the exception. This method will be handy to identify
exceptions better.

The "Age" rule was removed because it had too many responsibilities.
Instead "MaximumAge" was created (since there is already "MinimumAge").
This commit also introduces "AbstractAge" rule that is been used in both
mentioned rules.
Refactor `AbstractSearcher` class and its children. Also most of the
unnecessary logic that was on `AbstractSearcher` was put back into `In`
class.
This commit also updates all "SubdivisionCode" rules.
The script used to create the classes can be found on:
https://gist.github.com/henriquemoody/ec404f994a87b18c7771
With this code the Factory class will be used also to create Exceptions.
In order to do that, the AbstractRule::reportError() was changed, so the
tests of the AbstractRule class.
What this commit also does:
- Port code to PHP 7;
- Do not keep the default instance of the Factory in the Validator
class;
- Make Factory final.
- Add documentation to the class and its methods;
- Move RuleTestCase to Test namespace;
- Use PHP 7 type hinting;
- Rename getRuleMock() to createValidatableMock().
And was that, without warning that the "malkusch/bav" package was
removed from Packagist. This commit removes it as dependency but do not
remove any class that uses it in case there is a user loading the
package from a VCS repository with Composer.
