Fix SPDX headers in all files
I ran the `bin/console spdx --fix` with different strategies for
different files. For most of the core classes, since they've been
drastically rebuilt, I've run it with the `git-blame` strategy, for for
the `src/Validators`, in which the API changed completely but the logic
remains the same, I use the `git-log` strategy.

Allow passing definitions to the ContainerRegistry
This makes it slightly easier to define custom definitions to the
container before creating it.

d9cdc118b2 Introduce REUSE compliance
This commit introduces REUSE compliance by annotating all files
with SPDX information and placing the reused licences in the
LICENSES folder.

We additionally removed the docheader tool which is made obsolete
by this change.

The main LICENSE and copyright text of the project is now not under
my personal name anymore, and it belongs to "The Respect Project
Contributors" instead.

This change restores author names to several files, giving the
appropriate attribution for contributions.

Rename Validator to ValidatorBuilder
The `Validator` class implements the Builder patterns, because it builds
a complex validator within a chain. This is a major breaking change, as
the `Validator` class is the foundation of the library. However, that’s
something relatively easy to replace everywhere.

Use a DI container to create instances of Validator
The `ValidatorDefaults` is cumbersome, and customising it can be
annoying. Most projects use some sort of dependency injection container,
and by integrating the creation of the `Validator` with the PSR-11, we
allow users to easily customise how they create validators.

Some tasks, like overwriting the `Translator`, become a bit more
verbose, if the user is not already using a PSR-11 container, but I
think that’s a good tradeoff.
