ab3732f91f Use SPDX IDs for licensing 
SPDX IDs are shorter than licensing notes previously used, and
adhere better to FOSS standards. It is also machine-readable.

 		Fix the case of the "@inheritDoc" tag 
According to the official documentation [1] the correct way of writing
the "inheritDoc" tag is with the uppercase "D".

Updates required PHP version to 5.3.6 since SplFileInfo::getExtension()
was created on this version.
