# Lowercase

- `Lowercase()`

Validates whether the characters in the input are lowercase.

```php
v::stringType()->lowercase()->assert('xkcd');
// Validation passes successfully
```

## Templates

### `Lowercase::TEMPLATE_STANDARD`

|       Mode | Template                                               |
| ---------: | :----------------------------------------------------- |
|  `default` | {{subject}} must consist only of lowercase letters     |
| `inverted` | {{subject}} must not consist only of lowercase letters |
