- Add comments and descriptions to:
  - `findChannels.js`
  - `parseStyle`
  - `findLinks`
  - `fill`
  - `anyIntersection`
  - `merge`
  - `parse`
- Minor optimizations to `parseStyle`
- Add tests for `fill`
