Resolve 'Key not found: lastModifiedDateTime'

* Fix 'Key not found: lastModifiedDateTime'
* Handling of Tombstoned items in the database
* Add for debugging purposes the rootID, driveID and Account Type
* Code cleanup - remove old commented out debugging items that are not
needed
