* This change is to create an argument version of the config operation_timeout.
There are many times where one may need to temporarily increase the timeout for an operation of a single large file that takes longer than the configured timeout. The command line argument is an excellent way to override the default or 'config' set option if required.
* Update spec file based on confirming working on various platforms
* Update .gitignore as those files dont exist any more
* Add RPM packaging howto document
* Update readme.me to reflect project display name
* install documentation files into $PREFIX/share/doc/onedrive/
* add man page and install it, ignore generated version
* remove installed doc/man on uninstall
* remove generated man page on make clean
