+
+### On Nextcloud
+
+* Go to "Personal settings"
+* Set "English (US)" as language
+* Go to "Passwords"
+* Click on "More"
+* Click on "Backup and restore"
+* Choose "Backup or export"
+* Choose "Predefined CSV"
+* Check "Export Passwords" and "Export Folders"
+* Click on "Export"
+* Unzip the download file
+
