Description

Currently it is (as far as i know) not possible to disable the upwards movement of the icons and apperance of the App names/description when hovering over the top left Menu-Bar.

Example with no apps in the Custom-menu (so no Menu-Icon displayed):

Benefits

It would allow for a more "clean" Nexcloud-UI as the top right Menu-Bar containing Search, Notifications, Contacts, Settings also does not display a corresponding text to the icons.

This would be the result (irrelevant if the mouse hovers over it):
