[FEATURE] User-based hiding of applications #258

Description

I tried taking a look through all of the user settings, but wasn't able to find anything that allowed a user to hide certain buttons from their menu.

The goal would be to take what already exists as "Apps that should not be displayed in the menu", and allow users to have their own hidden apps.

Benefits

In environments that use a decent number of apps, this will allow users to hide apps that are irrelevant to their needs. They already have access to rearrange apps, so the access to hide apps will give the user further freedom in creating their ideal Nextcloud environment.

I am visiting to suggest the same enhancement.

However, I wish to make a further suggestion.

While many users may wish to hide certain applications, the proposed solution would require that a user change the visibility for a hidden application, when wishing to visit it, even if only on a single occasion.

A solution to such limitation would be placing hidden the applications in an overflow menu, instead of hiding them completely.

For example, an button for an overflow menu might appear in the lower right corner of the side bar, opposite to the button for opening the sidebar.
