Environment

  • Custom menu version: latest
  • Nextcloud version: 27.1.3 Enterprise
  • PHP version: 8.1
  • Web server (Nginx, Apache2): apache2
  • Web browser and version (Firefox 80, Google Chrome 74, etc): all

Configuration

Observed Results

There's a problem with the "category" layout that affects mobile devices:

  • In the standard layout, the search field is placed on the top right of the menu. Upon opening the menu it is not active unless it is clicked upon.
  • In the categories layout it is placed on the top left which makes it the first element in the menu. Upon opening the menu, the search field is automatically selected as the active element, which triggers the keyboard on mobile devices. Every time you open the menu, the virtual keyboard pops up which is a little disturbing, since you won't need it in most cases.
Can you change the arrangement so that the keyboard is not triggered each time users open the menu?
    Thanks!
