[Bug] Table-Apps not found under app list in custom menu

Steps to reproduce

Activate Custom Menu
Create some custom categories for applications
Create a new App within the Tables app
Check that this app is created and one can find it under Admins setting> Section "Personal": Appearance and accessibility> Navigation bar settings.
Go to Custom menu under admin settings and try to find the new app under Applications / Customize sorting, for example. That app is not shown in that list neither under custom categories list.

Observed Results

One is not able to display those apps created with Tables when Custom Menu is used in Nextcloud. Deactivating Custom Menu shows those apps on the top menu.

Expected Results

Those apps created with Tables should be found under the list of application within the Custom Menu settings in order to define under which category should be shown and in which order, for example.

Hi there,

I think we have "partially" again this bug in v5.0.2

Here one can define the category for those table-apps:

But then, under the "Applications" menu, one is not able to find those apps to define the rest of their settings:

Important to reproduce: those table-apps (v0.9.2) have to be "checked" in order to be listed on the app list:
