Description
Currently, there's a few options to control how the logo displays around and inside the menu. What I think would be really interesting is to add an option where the logo for a Nextcloud instance replaces the menu icon (hamburger or 9 squares icon).
Benefits
Having both the logo and the menu icon in the top right corner doesn't look as clean, especially if you choose to display some more apps on the top menu. If the logo can become the menu toggle icon, organizations using Nextcloud can keep a branded platform with a nice, functional menu :)

The logo allow users to go to home page (or default app). I don't think this is a good user experience to use the logo as menu opener.
