NC22: red dots icon overlays

Environment

Custom menu version: 1.27.1
Nextcloud version: 22.1
PHP version: 7.4
Web server (Nginx, Apache2): Apache, MariaDB 10.5
Web browser and version (Firefox, Google Chrome latest:

In Nextcloud 22 (panel mode) red dots are shown as icon overlays (look at picture). These dots are not shown in former NC versions. So is it a plugin-bug or a Nextcloud bug?
