Fix About page crashing when instance language is not supported
...
Use the languages defined by CLDR on server instead, and fallback to
english if not defined

* Fix bulma/buefy being imported many (many !!!) times
* Remove javascript-time-ago because date-fns pretty much does the same
thing
* Make sure languages are loaded asynchronously
