Add templates to each rule documentation
They only know what message a rule produces when they try running it.
Including the messages in the documentation will make it easier for
people to know what to expect.

There are a couple of undocumented placeholders, but I can live with
that for now.

Not

  • Not(Rule $rule)

Negates any rule.

v::not(v::ip())->isValid('foo'); // true

In the sample above, validator returns true because 'foo' isn't an IP Address.

You can negate complex, grouped or chained validators as well:

v::not(v::intVal()->positive())->isValid(-1.5); // true

Each other validation has custom messages for negated rules.
